Whether the local build negotiates an independent content (screen share) video track (app.serenada.core.SerenadaConfig.enableIndependentContentVideo). Default false ⇒ no content track can exist ⇒ the UI treats every share as the legacy single-video-as-content path (byte-identical to today).
